It is important for learners to consider applications of leadership theories in relation to their worldviews and ministry context when developing and refining a theology of leadership. Further, a theology of leadership has missional implications beyond the walls of the church building and the confines of the local community and must serve as a guide for the leader in navigating the challenges associated with creating collaborative learning organizations open to change to fulfill God's mission in the world. In this assignment, you will refine the personal theology of leadership you described in Topic 3 sample paper and discuss the means to implement that theology of leadership.

Part I
Present a revised version (1,500 to 1,800 words total) of the "Theological Foundations and Models" assignment that makes improvements in the caliber of the writing and incorporates instructor feedback regarding content and writing. Include the following in your submission:
A. A reflection (250 to 300 words) that provides a bulleted list of the changes you made to the sample paper and discusses your revision process including how you incorporated your instructor's feedback into the revised version. This section should flow naturally from the revised paper. So, you may also need to revise your introduction and thesis statement to allow the ideas to connect. Include the following in your paper:
A. A discussion of how your theology of leadership will be implemented in a ministry context. Integrating specific insights from your personal/theological worldview, perspectives of mission and change processes, how would you enact your theology of leadership? What specific strategies will be used?
B. A discussion of how the strategies mentioned above will shape the ministry to be incarnational and missional in a postmodern world.
