Choose a Restaurant that could use your PR expertise to freshen up their image (example: their brand/product isn't as popular as it used to be; you think they should reach a new demographic, or you just think this company/brand should be promoting better). Your project is to include a clear outline of a PR Plan including the new message you are promoting and the following (but not limited to):
