You are a business consultant for ERPPLAN Industries, a Laguna-based manufacturer of personal protective equipment (PPEs). PPEs are equipment worn to minimize exposure to a variety of hazards. Included in their product portfolio are such items as gloves, foot and eye protection, protective hearing devices (earplugs, muffs) , hard hats, respirators, and full-body suits. ERPPLAN supplies PPEs to key cities in the Philippines, as well as to a few countries in Southeast Asia. Revenues have increased exponentially in the past two years due to high demand during the pandemic. However, they are uncertain if they are making profits due to their inefficient paper-intensive accounting system. They are likewise receiving customer complaints due to delayed or non-delivery of orders. Suppliers are also complaining due to late payments.

Management is aware of ERP systems. They have requested you to evaluate if this is something that could address their current problems.
