Part -1:

Task 1: Project Proposal:

Your preliminary project proposal will need to be polished to reach the required standard before the Capstone Project itself.

This check list will guide you on what is expected:

• What is your topic and what is its business significance?

• What questions will you research?

• What research methodologies will you deploy?

• What data will you collect?

• What data analysis will you do?

• What will be the steps in your project and what are the various target dates?

• Who is your primary mentor/supervisor?

Task 2: Project Literature Review:

This will consist of developing a comprehensive literature review chapter for the business research proposal. You will have to identify a business research topic, describe the literature on the research topic and provide hypotheses based on the literature for the research questions you have already defined in your research proposal.

This is a business report assignment and the topic is "customer service in Taxi service in Melbourne" and you have to discuss both Taxi and uber. There are three main questions that will be the base of this research

1. Can competition in the industry can improve customer service in the industry.

2. What are the differences between taxi service and uber service

3. How to improve the quality of taxi service in order to compete with uber

You have to prepare for me only three chapters of the reports as follows:

1. Research Methodology:

In this chapter you have to discuss how did you conduct your research. I am attaching a questionnaire that can help you to discuss in this section and the following two. In questionnaire three main questions are further divided into 20 questions in order to get data from passengers. Moreover you have to discuss in this chapter about how you circulated questionnaire and what the location was; passenger would be the respondents to questionnaire and Melbourne city would be the location. In overall you have to discuss how the research was conducted.

2. Findings:

Here you have to discuss the results and findings of the research.

3. Conclusion:

Here you have to conclude your finding by giving recommendations on three main questions

Please don't compile it as an essay but you have to discuss your own opinions rather than someone else. Please focus on three main questions mentioned above and nothing else. Furthermore index referencing is required along with references at the end. Please use some graphs in finding section.
