You are a registered migration agent. You receive a call from Kim Liang. She informs you that her 21 year old daughter, Ying Ying, is currently in Australia visiting her on a Visitor Class FA subclass 600 visa under the Tourist stream, that is due to expire in two weeks.

Kim tells you that Ying Ying is her only biological daughter. Ying Ying remained in China when Kim came to Australia on a Prospective Marriage Class TO visa. Six months ago, Kim and her Australian sponsor Jeremy Jones got married. Kim is now on a Partner (Permanent) Class BS subclass 801 visa.

Ying Ying could not attend her mother's wedding as she was doing her final exams in beauty school. She wanted to stay in China to find a job once she qualified as a beautician. However, things did not turn out the way she had planned. It has been three months since Ying Ying qualified as a beautician and she has not yet been able to find suitable employment.

Kim informs you that Ying Ying is enjoying her holiday in Australia very much and that Ying Ying loves the lifestyle here and would like to stay permanently in the country. Kim also advises you that she and Jeremy are very happy having Ying Ying staying with them and that they are willing to have her live with them permanently in Australia.

Kim informs you that she has done some research and she thinks Ying Ying could be able to apply for a Child Class BT subclass 802 visa. You arrange a time for Kim to come in for an interview.
