Case Study: Risk Management and Reflection of a Patient 67-year-old female with PMH of diabetes and HLD presents today with sudden onset of chest pain 2/10 along with shortness of breath. Shortness of breath has been occurring for one month. Chest pain was one episode described as pressure, heaviness, and discomfort that lasted 30 seconds without radiation. Chest pain and SOB occurred while walking up stairs, relieved with rest. Denies headache, dizziness, lightheadedness and nausea. Reports recent 6-hour long drive 6-8 weeks ago for work. Exam negative for tachycardia, tachypnea, abdominal pain, and costochondral point tenderness. Today BP 140/80. Diagnoses UNSTABLE ANGINA
