Question: This is for a HR class where we take results from a survey, and answer/analyze the information.
Calculated the Job Characteristics Model (JCM), the big 5 (OCEAN), motivating potential score (MPS). We need to upload this into a system callled Jamovi. Once we upload into Jamovi, we are to run basic descriptives by clicking on "exploration" in top right corner, and then, run the correlation matrix, finally we have to run the regression. Once we run the regression, we have to write a report on the key findings:
1. What predicts individual performance
- extraversion
- neuroticism
2. What drives intent to quit
- job satisfaction
3. What drives job satisfaction
We then have to talk about some basic nudges. for eg for the performance part, if someone is doing very well, then we want to encourage them more, give them mentor, but not burn them out. if someone is average, then we can provide due recognition, if they're performing badly, give the performance assessment plan, etc.
