Regardless of what you call this generation of individuals, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, there are nearly 80 million young adults born between 1976 and 2001 who are preparing or have already joined the workforce.

In the presentation this week, Simon Sinek explains how the millennial generation became so entitled. Combinations of technology, impatience, and environment have created a wave of young people who experience challenges in the real world. Answer these questions in your thread:
