V.Contrast the outcome identified in the previous assignment to the projected goals.

VI.Appraise the value of evaluation. Your assignment must be a minimum of four-pages in length (excluding title and reference pages) in APA format, and should include a minimum of four scholarly sources cited according to APA format as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center.
