Question: Pick a United States Supreme Court case, any case except for Marbury v. Madison which we discussed earlier this semester. There are dozens of examples in your book. In a paper, explain what the case was about. Who are the parties? What are the facts of the case? What is the case about?  Why is the case important? What legal principles did the case review? What law did it establish/change? And finally, did the Court make the right decision or should it have been decided differently? A good summary will be about three double spaced pages.

PLEASE focus on the facts and the legal aspects of the case. For instance, if you pick Roe v. Wade and spend three pages telling me your personal thoughts on abortion instead of the legal principles in the case you will receive a lower grade.
