Interviewee responses: 1. No regular activity at all. Work in fast paced restaurant. 2. Not regular activities except work. 3. Just walking. Nutrition Interviewer questions: 1. Can you describe your typical daily diet? 2. Do you have any dietary restrictions or allergies? 3. How often do you eat fruits and vegetables? Interviewee responses: 1. Not particular diet eats junk and processed food. 2. No allergies and dietary restrictions. 3. Once a while would eat chicken rice bowl that would have some vegetables. But not regular consumption of fruits and vegetables. Sleep/rest Interviewer questions: 1. How many hours of sleep do you get each night? 2. Do you have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep? 3. Do you feel rested when you wake up? Interviewee responses: 1. Average sleep 6 hours as does not have regular schedule so sleep whenever can. 2. No trouble at staying asleep but as his schedule changes all the time so has difficulties in falling asleep. 3. Sometimes when he gets good sleep then he feels.
