This position requires a Master's degree. There is a BCBA certification from the BACB required as well. The skills needed for this position are management skills. The experience is working with developmental or behavioral disabilities. The salary meets my needs ranging from 70,000 to 107,000.

You must also take a BCBA certification examination and pass. There are also 2000 hours of fieldwork required under the supervision of a certified BCBA.
