The outputs (Q0-Q3) of the memory are always LOW. The address lines (A0-A7) are checked with a logic probe and all areindicating pulse activity, except for A3 which shows a constantHIGH, and A7 which shows a constant LOW; the select lines, S0 andS1 are checked and S0 shows pulse activity, while S1 indicates aconstant HIGH. What is wrong, and how can the memory be tested to determine whether it is defective or if the external circuitry is defective?
1.) Differentiate EN with respect to r, and then set the resulting expression equal to zero, because the curve of EN versus r is a minimum at E0. 2.) Solve for r in terms of A, B, and n, which yields r0, the equilibrium interionic spacing.
a)- Determine the type of forward path amplifier needed to make sinusoidal oscillator from your filter. b)- Predict the frequency of oscillation and the gain of the amplifier needed for oscillations. c)- Draw the filter and amplifier
A second-order PLL is implemented with a non ideal loop filter: H(s) = (s+a)/(s+b) in which b > 0 is very small. (a) Applying small-signal analysis, determine the transfer function between Oe(s) and Oi(s).
The Finite-Difference Time-Domain (FDTD) method is a computational electromagnetic technique for solving for the electric and magnetic fields in arbitrary spatial domains in the time domain
A car battery with a 14.2 V emf and aninternal resistance of 0.0380 is beingcharged with a current of 51.5 A. (a) What is the potential difference across its terminals
In code warrior, write a program sequence that places the value in Address $1500 into Accumulator A. Then, AND this value with the value in Address $1501. Save the result in $1502.
A student has a coil of unknown inductance and resistance. He connects it in series with a 100 ohm resistor, places a voltmeter across the resistor, and connects the whole circuit to a power supply. When the power supply is 60 V DC
3) What factors started the decline in the nuclear power industry, and what events essentially ended new construction of nuclear power plants 4) What are three advantages of using AC power over using DC power
Write a C-Program that tells whether or not there are repeated cards amoung a 2-d array[4][13]. It returns "true" if it does. The program needs a function to determine whether or not it has repeated cards.

A Si pn junction diode is described by its I-V equation, I?= Is exp (V?/V?) ,where V?=25mV, Is=10-14A . It is desired to derive constant drop and PWL models for the diode assuming an operating current between 1mA and 3mA.
Use this table of part c to determine the mean, median, and mode of the grouped data. Compare your results with those in part A, and comment. E. use the frequency table of part C. to determine the variance and the standard deviation of the groupe..
