What is VLC and how one calculates it?

There are a few models to measure organizational performance. Know the balanced scorecard model.

Chapter 4 talks about operations strategy. Learn the differences between needs and wants, order qualifiers and order winners.

What are competitive priorities? Examine a few companies that you do business with and see what competitive priorities they have that draw you in.
