You hold a 23.5-kg car tire in your hand and, standing in place, rotate the tire in a horizontal circle of radius r = 1.10 m starting from rest. In rotating the tire, you apply a constant torque of 20.0 N•m. Assume that all of the tire's mass is at a radius R = 35 cm from its center, treating it as a thin hoop (c=1).

a) What is the time required to complete three full revolutions?

b) If you release the tire after three full revolutions, with what linear speed will it travel?
