A film of oil with index of refraction no = 1.5 lies on top of a slab of flint glass, nf = 1.66. The wavelengths of visible light with the brightest reflections from the oil are lambda = 550 nm and lambda = 440 nm. (These are the wavelengths in air.) Based on this information only, what is the smallest possible thickness of the film?
