This aperture size is labeled as the "f-stop" which is equal to f/D (the focal length of the lens over the diameter of the aperture.) A typical lens has a focal length of 50 mm. Considering only green light of 500 nm, If the f-stop is set to 8, what is the smallest angle between two green objects that can be resolved considering only diffraction?
