Consider a poly-silicon wire of diameter 5 microns and length 1000 microns. The
electron mobility in the wire is 1350 cm^2/V-sec and the electron concentration in the poly-silicon is 10^15/cm3 .Assume the electron mobility is constant for all questions below .
