An automated coffee machine is programmed to dispense 4 ounces of coffee each time the machine is used. Because of slight variations in the internal workings of the machine, the actual amount of coffee dispensed each time has a normal distribution with a mean of m= 4 ounces and a standard deviation of s= 0.3 ounces.

You go up to the machine and press the button to obtain some coffee. 

a) What is the probability that the actual amount of coffee you receive exceeds 4.25 ounces? 

b) What is the probability that the actual amount of coffee you receive is less than 3.8 ounces? 

c) What is the probability that the actual amount of coffee you receive is between 3.9 and 4.2 ounces?
