Case Study: A 73-year-old woman is admitted to the telemetry unit with class III (3) left sided heart failure, History of type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension. When the client arrives, patient is pale, dyspneic and appears restless. Husband is at the bedside and is concerned that she is slightly disorientated. Assessment reveals crackles in bilateral lung bases, and her oxygen saturation levels are 88 % on 2 Liters of NC. She is placed on the cardiac monitor, and it shows the rhythm below.

Questions: Utilizing the class material for this week answer the following questions below.
