Calculate the natural broadening and the Doppler broadening of this transition and compare them. Assuming the total intensity is equal to some arbitrary number equal to 1000, plot the intensity versus frequency (or energy) for the natural line shape and the Doppler broadened line. What is the precision you need to observe the natural line shape and the Doppler line shape of the transition? Please submit computer plots as well.
