The patient is now displaying signs of being febrile after paralytic discontinued. The patient now has increased HR and BP slight elevated but does have levophed infused as well. Over the next hour or so the sats dropped down to the high 70's and PaO2 on blood gas correlates. What is the possible cause of this desaturation?
