A dry porous core has a mass of 20g. then the pores are filled with water and the mass is increased to 30g. Finally, if the core is weighed suspended fully immersed in water it appears to have a mass of 5g. What is the porosity of the core? What would the porosity be if instead tge core had just barely floated in the water?
