Rules, Routines, and procedures should be established by clarifying the proper roles and responsibility-ties of students and teacher, by teaching students exactly how to follow the various procedures and what is expected of them. Teachers should Begin to experiment with the arrangement of desks in the classroom. A seating plan that builds on your strengths as a teacher such as, What is the optimum placement of seating for students to see the screen, board, or teacher should be decided as well as how many students in the classroom need some type of preferential seating to meet special learning needs. The teacher area should be prepared for the school year. The Institution of how to post assignments and where to post the daily agenda or work assignments should be set and students should find it quickly to save time and establish work time immediately. The establishment of a discipline plan and a reward plan as well as the development of a default seating plan should also be in place.
