Lifetime partners include 3 cisgender male partners. He reports no abdominal or pelvic pain or dysuria. Upon exam, there is a thick yellow copious discharge with odor present. He has no cervical motion tenderness or lymphadenopathy. Wet mount, including KOH, is positive for clue cells; otherwise, negative. Given this presentation, what is the next best step?
