An object with a mass of m = 1.10 kg is connected to a spring with a spring constant of 9.13 N/m. The object is displaced to the right of the equilibrum position by a distance of x(0) = 26.0 cm, and then set into motion with an initial velocity of v(0) = 1.86 m/s pointing away from the equilibrum position. The motion of the object is described by the following equation: x(t) = Asin(?t + ?) where t is the time, A is the amplitude, ? is the angular frequency, ? is the phase constant. Neglecting friction between the object and the horizontal surface answer the following questions. i got the period right which is 2.18 s but i could not get the following part
a Calculate the phase constant.
b Determine the amplitude of the oscillation.
c What is the maximum speed reached by the object?
