A massless frictionless pulley, an ideal string, and two masses (m1 = 2.50 kg and m2 = 4.00 kg) are connected together as shown in the diagram below. An external force ~F pull with magnitude 100 N is applied to the smaller mass as shown. The coeffi- cient of kinetic friction between the table and the larger mass is 0.100. The coefficient of kinetic friction between the two masses is 0.250.
