A uniform, cylindrical pulley of mass M=12.7 kg and radius R=0.636 m rotates freely about a fixed horizontal axis. A block of mass m=3.07 kg, which moves downward, is attached to a string which is wrapped around the pulley. What is the magnitude of the angular acceleration of the pulley?
