We want to drying fibers from moisture 52% to 15%
Fibers specifications: mass=25kg , density 670kg/m3, Temp.= 30C0 ,Cp=1.5 KJ/Kg.K ,moisture= 52%

We need to drying fiber to moisture 15% by using countercurrent dryer , hot air at 70C 0 within 5min.

We need to know:

1. Mass flow rate of dry air required kg dry air/s at 70C ?.

2. Total Heat required in kw, heat losses in dryer neglected ?.
