An infinitely long solenoid of radius 2.5cm and 100 turns/cm carries an initial current of 1 A. A single loop of wire of diameter 10 cm is placed around the solenoid, coaxial with the solenoid. The current in the solenoid is reduced uniformly to 0.5 A over a period of 10 ms. While the current is changing, what is the electromotive force induced in the loop?
