My professor was not very explicit on exactly what she wanted. We are supposed to show our calculations on how to make these solutions for lab.

1) 500 ml of 75% ethanol (v/v) from 100% stock (200 proof).
2) 50 ml of 5mM Tris pH 7.4 (from 1M stock), 150mM Nacl, 0.05% (v/v) Triton X-100.
3) A 10X buffer contains 200mM Tris, 1.5M Nacl, and 10% SDS:

a) How would you make 500 ml of 1X buffer?
b) What is the concentration of each component of the 1X buffer?
