Question: A proton starts from rest halfway between the two plates of a vacuum-filled parallel-plate capacitor; the plates are 10cm apart. The capacitor has capacitance= 2.67E-6 F, a charge of 0.02C on the positive plate and a charge of -0.02C on the negative plate. (Ignore gravity or electric field fringing).
