  • Ordering and setup cost (S) = $50/order
  • Holding cost (H)= $13/ unit/year
  • Lead time (L) = 2 weeks
  • Standard deviation of weekly demand (Sigma t) = 12 units
  • Cycle-service level = 88 percent
