A solid cylinder (with a radius of 25cm and a mass of 4.4kg) is rotating counterclockwise with an angular speed of 0.5 revolutions per second just above a flat surface. It drops onto the surface and rolls with slipping on a surface with a coefficient of kinetic friction of u_k_ = 0.15.
