There are many items that require the focus and attention of a health care organization. Picking what take priority however, is an important part to ensure full success of the organization and implementation. I believe that an organization should have a list of priorities in which they go by to improve the organization as a whole and to become a sustainable entity. I believe that an organization should ensure they are delivering on all their promises they have set forth as a brand. However, it is vital that the organization is reducing waste to do their part to be a sustainable entity. This allows them to be a leader in their industry to lead the way for other organizations to do the same. Reducing waste is a vital part of being a large health care organization. This is because there are many types of waste a health care organization can produce, so it is important that they are responsibly disposing of all waste and adopting practices that can reduce their waste and improve their environment and their community.

I believe that fulfilling brand promises has priority over reducing waste, improving products or streamlining processes. We live in a consumer-based healthcare age that is why it is vital that the organization maintains the credibility and trust of the people it serves. This does not mean that the organization must ignore process improvements. In many cases, organizations may find that process improvement supports the organization''s brand promise. What you should avoid is sacrificing the organization''s brand promise to improve the organization in these areas (Berry et al. 2016). This can lead to an organization losing its identity. Most organizations invest best efforts to remain transparent and even predictable in the care that patients receive. For example, I participated in an ACL reconstruction operation in a military hospital. When I performed the operation, I asked another member to ask me why I decided to have a military doctor perform the operation instead of being referred to a major civilian expert who worked in the area. Although my operation was very successful, he believed that I had to go to the citizens because of the reputation they built. This is an example of how brands can have an impact and patients will be loyal to organizations with effective brands. That is why I believe that achieving brand promises is crucial and should be a priority.

That marketing effort might have to undertake an improvement of the branding process for effectiveness (results). For if the brand promise is not being delivered on, likely revenue will be affected negatively. Marketing has everything to do with revenue, does it not? When considering those choices, which have connections to revenues.
Perhaps, as quality visits are made to the classroom, what was selected as a precedence is encountering a second thought and then further defended with substance? That engages the learning process.
