The coefficient of kinetic friction between a car's tires and the road is 0.422 and the coefficient of static friction is 0.655. What is the difference (in seconds) between the minimum time required for the car to accelerate from rest to a speed of 24.3 m/s if the car is on a roadway sloping downward at an angle of 11.4° versus if the car is on a roadway sloping upward at an angle of 11.4°?

So the answer given was 2.63s, but can someone please explain it step by step?
