Carbonic anhydrase of red blood cells, which has a molecular weight of 30,000, is among the most active known enzymes. It catalyzes the reversible hydration of CO2, which is important for the transport of carbon dioxide from the tissues to the lungs.

CO2 + H2O <--> H2CO3

If 10g of pure carbonic anhydrase catalyzes the hydration of 0.30g CO2 in one minute at 37 degrees C under optimal conditions, calculate the turnover number of carbonic anhydrase.
