O Wheezing in both lungs, BP 160/90, P 90, R 32, T 101F

A Bilateral pneumonia.

P Antibac 50 mg. qid. Chest X-ray. If the pneumonia is confirmed, will monitor antibiotics for two days. If not improved, will consider hospitalization.
