2 Mr. Singh is a 58 YO Male patient in the Cardiology Unit in a large metropolitan hospital. Over the past several weeks, Mr. Singh has been having chest pain and palpitations. He has recently been diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure. He has a history of hypertension, CAD, PPM 2016, Diabetes.

Mr. Singh is scheduled for an angiogram procedure within the next few days.
