In a Supply Chain framework which does not include the sales and marketing organizations, there are critical dependencies. Identify a manufacturing / product based company and for each question make a recommendation with business rationale.

Describe the company, the organization design of the Supply Chain functions (what is included) and list who (functional title) do the following groups report to in the company leadership: Supply Chain lead, the sales lead and the marketing lead.
