From my point of view, if I was to evaluate a 5-year plan I would consider what has shown improvement in the hospital. I would list some indicators to show what it's in the hospital and what need to be done or improve. I would list all the beds, the patio, the nurse to patient ratio, the machines, and the time more patients are coming in. The time frame I would use, would be around 2.5 years, I chose that year because it is right in the middle of the 5-year plan and by getting the numbers around the time, it would be like I would still have more time to even improve if the numbers are still not where it should be.
According to the McKnight Staff, some of the most creative ventures that most post-acute providers are by taking advantage of healthcare delivery, payment systems, healthcare finances, and legal experts (McKnight, 2013). By having the creative markers, it most likely would help the company achieve more in the long run. So, regarding that I truly believe control and creatively should be use in hospitals are around no matter what kind of facility it is. So, to answer the question is control and creatively compatible, the answer is yes but sometimes it can produce some results that wasn't pictured. Dealing with a hospital most staff must be able to control the situation while also showing creative ways to deal with patients and other staff.
