Description - I was apart of a variety of different health students (social work, public health, nursing, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, and pharmacy. We were presented with a case: 73 yo female lived alone, recent hip fracture, forget to take her meds, her daughter comes by daily, but hasnt been able to as much due to recent childbirth.
