Upon examination, the patient was noted to have a clear lung sound bilaterally. Erryhtema in bilateral ears and throat. The patient agreed to an in-house COVID and flu test. Both tests were negative. Maxillary and frontal sinuses are tender when palpated. The patient was diagnosed with Upper respiratory infection. Prescribed Azithromycin (Z pack) for 5 days
