She states she has had increased fatigue for the past year with no energy to do what she used to be able to do. She works as an elementary school teacher and is a mother to 3 children aging from 6-13. She doesn't enjoy teaching like she used to and feels overwhelmed with her home life of juggling children's schedules and housekeeping needs. She is wondering if there are any vitamins she can take to help give her energy. She sleeps 6-8 hours a night. She has regular menses which seem heavier than they used to be on the first 2 days and then they taper to very light for 4 days. LMP 1 week ago. Remaining ROS is otherwise unremarkable.
