Facts: Ms. Pink graduated from LRU Law School in 2019 and passed the LA Bar the same year. Ms. Pink put her name on the list to be qualified to run for Baton Rouge City Court Judge for the election on January 5, 2022, against the sitting BR City Court Judge Black. On October 31st 2020, Judge Black was driving his SUV and ran into the back of a United States Postal worker truck Mr. Red and then hit Mr. Green's car as he attempted to move his SUV, within the same auto accident in New Orleans, La. after Judge Black, ate lunch at Ruth Chris in downtown NOLA with some politicians. Mr. Green and Mr. Red were injured in this accident that Judge Black caused. Judge Black had (5) drinks at lunch that day of 10/31/20. The NOPD did not give Judge Black a DUI test nor a ticket for this accident. All the people in the accident have full coverage insurance on their vehicles. It was discovered that Mr. Green had marijuana drugs in his car by the New Orleans Police Dept. (NOPD) during their accident investigation. NOPD did not ask Mr. Green to search his car, but Judge Black told the police he smelled marijuana when he was talking to Mr. Green. Ms. Pink sister, Ms. Blue, was a passenger in Mr. Green's, car at the time of the auto accident. Everybody is claiming that they had property damages and personal injuries from this accident caused by Judge Black. The Federal Gov't owns the postal truck. Judge Black was being consider for the Federal US District Court in Baton Rouge La at the time of this auto accident.

Questions to Answer: What Courts of Law can Mr. Red, Mr. Green and Ms. Blue file their lawsuit in? Why and why not? What if any crimes committed explain each and the penalties? Can Ms. Pink stay in the ran for BR City Court Judge against Judge Black? Why or why not? What are the names of each federal Court in Louisiana and the requirements for appointment? Should anyone plea under Article 893 or 894? Why or why not? What is considered to be full insurance coverage on an automobile with an insurance company? Explain the effect of each coverage?
