Guidance for content
• Introduction:
In this section you must introduce your reader to the organisation featured in the case study, its core operations, organisational culture, all key problems, and their overall impact on the company.
- Discussion:
Bring in your analysis to explain the key problems you have chosen to focus on and why you have chosen them. Help your reader to understand why these problems exist, what are the main causes and what is their impact in the context of managing people perspective. You should use theoretical principles, theories and concepts explored in the module in your Discussion. Justify why you have chosen a particular management theory and high performing team technique.
- Conclusions / Recommendations:
After summarising key points raised in the report, imagine you are the new manager, employed to bring in a high performance organisational and team culture. What would be your recommendations and why?
