7yr old Hispanic female presents with complaint of numbness, pain and weakness to both legs. The sensations started 3 weeks ago and is occurring more often and involving more of the leg. The sensations were first in the calves and now weakness and numbness is occurring from calves to mid thigh.

Mother reports patient is more fatigued, does not want to walk due to sensations, less active. Denies any recent illness or trauma.
