Also, when working in such rigidity, the client's concerns are not effectively handled and may even cause more harm. According to Rajendran and Chemtob (2018), many strategies can help make culturally competent. I would first identify the needs of the community. This can be focused on utilizing various types of interviews and surveys. Next would look into what resources and providers are available. I would also have frequent team meetings between different levels of the organization to have a clear perspective of what is going on.
