Complete an assessment of the following questions, addressing each of the questions.
What customer satisfaction metrics and measurements are directly attributed to a Supply Chain organization?
Define at least 2 metrics related to customer satisfaction. One must relate to the transportation function. Describe the importance of each. How can a company measure the customer feedback and satisfaction in a product based distribution company?
You may need to research and/or contact supply chain leaders to obtain practical knowledge on the questions to fully participate. Net Promoter Score is an emerging customer experience assessment tool.
Develop a minimum 4-page paper that examines the topic addressing all questions with at least two references and bibliography.
