Choosing Data Analysis and Presentation Techniques
Use this Shared Activity to give and receive feedback on approaches to data analysis and presentation that you and your colleagues may use in your Management Research Project. This Shared Activity will help you complete your Individual Assignment in this unit, in which you will submit a plan for data analysis and presentation.

"Cultural Challenges in Adopting Scrum Methodology"
The Aim Of this research:
The researcher intends to investigate five software development in Saudi Arabia to base on in-depth semi-structured interviews and reviewing some reports and documentations to seek answers. The participants will be those involved in the project development and planning given the fact that they deal directly with the customers throughout the software development and therefore they are better to understand the social and cultural issues in this matter.
My Research Questions
The following questions are what I am looking to tackle in my research:
- What are the drivers behind agile adoption and the challenges faced during adoption?
- What are organizational culture factors that correlate with the effective adoption of the Agile method and what are the challenges that inhibit adoption?
- What are the necessary cultural changes that must be carried out by practitioners and companies for a smooth transition to agile principles?
- How should Scrum Methodology be augmented to become more effective?
